Our Team
Althea Davies
Althea is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD, an accredited change manager and a certified practitioner to use a range of psychometric tools including Myers Briggs
Althea is an experienced HR business partner and service delivery director. She has held a number of senior HR roles within the pharmaceutical sector most recently as lead for a global outsourcing and HR technology project. She now brings all that experience in her work with local organisations
Huw Davies
Huw is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD and a certified executive coach. He has previously held senior human resource roles in manufacturing, engineering and consulting sectors most recently as Regional CHRO for a multinational employing 20,000 people.
Huw specialises in organisational change, talent development and executive coaching. He now brings all that experience in his work with local organisations
